Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Duration

• Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India.
• Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply: ₹118(can be updated as per your requirement).
• Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹1,00,000

Order Tracking

• After dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your email/SMS.
• Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.

Delivery Delays

• Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier workload.
• We will keep you informed in such cases.

Incorrect Address

• If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may fail.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 24–48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (Can be added if needed)
